SmartPass Clipper Card
SmartPass is a partnership between the Associated Students of Foothill College (ASFC) and the Santa Clara Valley Transit Authority (VTA), which gives Foothill College students the opportunity to enjoy unlimited rides on VTA's Regular Bus Service and Light Rail Service anywhere in Santa Clara County for the duration of each quarter you are currently enrolled.

Eligibility
You must be registered for at least one class at Foothill and have paid your student body fees.
Obtain Card
To access your SmartPass, request access to the VTA mobile app by logging into MyPortal and selecting the VTA SmartPass tile.
SmartPass Fees
- Part-time students enrolled in 5.9 or fewer units – $5.75
- Part-time students enrolled in 6-11.9 units – $6.75
- Full-time students enrolled in 12 or more units – $7.75
