Job security and lack of leadership. The lead tech will be on his phone and telling us to work faster and threaten our jobs.

Pay your employees their worth.
The simple answer that "cost of living" differential is not enough to justify pay increases is pure stupidity. Recognize good employees, and stop with the "good ole boy" attitude.
Only way to succeed in this company is to know someone.
Everyone in supervisory positions in the midwest region is related or childhood friends, that makes for horrible management
Recognize quality work/employees
Stop embarrassing your employees by refusing to pay vendors and contractors
Stop placing candidates in leadership roles due to nepotism and brown-nosing and instead focus on their quality of work

Recognize the raised issues and do something about it instead of sending emails and text messages. Remove any employees from that toxic environment instead of keeping them there until something boils over.
